The room had a stunning river view with floor-to-ceiling windows. Super spacious and clean. Amenities like a mini fridge and coffee machine. The breakfast was an awesome buffet with fresh pastries and heaps of fruits. Rooftop pool and gym were fantastic too. Security made us feel safe, and staff was really helpful.

Yo, the seafood options near the hotel had me drooling! Hit up Santa Marea Resto Lounge for some fresh ceviche that’ll make your tastebuds dance. Plus, the location is fire—easy access to the pier and gorgeous river views!

The pool was under maintenance when we visited, which was a bummer. They initially said we couldn't use it, but then changed their minds. Fingers crossed for a sleek upgrade once it's back in action!

The views from my Deluxe King Room with Santa Ana Hill View were absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the stunning river that sparkles under the sun. Plus, the breakfast buffet was a delightful spread of both traditional and Ecuadorian dishes that left me wanting more! And let's not forget the rooftop pool. lounging there with a 360-degree view of the city was pure bliss.

Beautiful location. I love that you can walk in front of the river Guayas, there are lots of restaurants and things to see. The staff is excellent, always greeting you with a smile like they're your old friends.

The location is prime, just steps away from local restaurants along the Malecon, making it easy to explore. I felt safe walking around, which is a huge plus. There were a couple of hiccups, though. my room wasn't soundproofed well. I heard noise from the bar in the evening, which disrupted my peace. Also, the pool was closed due to maintenance, which was disappointing since I was looking forward to relaxing by the water. Overall, I loved my stay, but soundproofing and maintenance timings could use some improvement.
